   Your company  did a job. Two years have passed.The client has had 3 people there from the company who dropped the ball. These three never discussed the rpoblem properly and did not describe the problem properly.Finally a competant person arrives from that same company and fixes the problem. Do you think this is chargable? I say no.

I say no...glad the client met you...funny how people don't listen....if it's not listening.....then what is that???  I've run into that situation myself.
