Posted 11 months ago Constantly in my work there is so much sexism I can't even handle it. I think I might quit because of it. These guys think they are such hot shit and keep brining in thier buddies to close the big deals, when some of the women are just as good or BETTER. They just don't want to to admit it or help them, and it makes no logical or business sense and it makes me want to SCREAM. |

| Posted 11 months ago Just remember you can't take business personally. That kind of crap happens every where...So just figure if you quit then where is that going to take you. I just learned to work past that...crap like that makes me stronger. Instead of streaming I'll just go out there and kick some ass (in sales). Bad motivator I know...but it does. |

Instead of sitting there, say something! Or better yet, close the deal yourself! bet on it if you have too! The only way things change is for someone to step up to the plate and open their mouths. Geez, too many people like to complain and never do anything about it. If your going to quit anyway, maybe nows the time to open your mouth! Wow, lol (not funny really) |

There is a certain amount of good and an equal amount of bad, same for love and pain. Someone told me that we should stop thinking of who we are or where we are going cause for people like us ...it's limitless. Just simply identify who you're not and what you don't like and stay away.
