Posted 18 days ago This information is from GlaxoSmithKline Inc. in Mississauga, Ontario. The link is the pamphlet that the manufacturer has completed. Pages 9 to 24 are quite informative if you want to get to the nitty gritty, before you make your choice to get the shot! | Posted 18 days ago Oh please Lori- Sorry but I am not going to read pages 9-24. I have a novel that is wonderful if I want to do some reading. Sum it up, please. I have gotten the regular flu shot almost two months ago. Totally believe in doing that every year. There seems to be such a lack of H1N1 shots available and I am too old to get the nasal injection. Didn't I get a swine flu shot in about 1976 or 77?? I have heard that it could increase my immunity. You my dear are about the same age. What are your feelings?? Richy Rich- Are you getting one?? What does everyone think?? Rosemary friend me on Facebook or LinkedIn and follow me on Twitter |

| Posted 15 days ago No I am not getting the shot. Just read page 9 and 10, you'll get the drift. It's too complicated to regeritate. Basically, not enought testing has been done when it comes to the chemicals put in the shot. There has been alot of controversy. You will have to make your own decision on what to do, I am not a doctor. Looks like tests have been done on some 10,000 people for a very (few weeks) before implimentation of the shot. All I know is my doctor has chose NOT to take it and so have many health care workers up here in Canada. The internet is indated about the shot. I posted the pamphlet so that people can dig in and make an informed decision. But, it is your decision and your choice. We have no vaccine up here right now, they run out and clinics have beenclosed. Great hugh, that's great government planning for yah! |

| Posted 12 days ago Thanks for info: good stuff particularly since there is so much contradictaory info on it. I watched the CDC press conference this summer. Based on what was shared, I won't be standing in line for one. I think this entire thing has been over-hyped. Even now with all the talk yet, in the US, mortality rate is 76% - 90%* LESS than the annual rate for the standard old regular flu. As far as I'm concerned, it's just a bunch of hog wash. * depends on which news or health organization you get the numbers from |

| Posted 12 days ago Rosemary............... Nope not gonna do it. When the scare was brought to Florida this past summer I kind of blew it off as another flue sympton and not to worried about it. More people die from eating the hot sauce then this flue. wink. The time is now to grow and learn as much as possible. Take action and responsibility for your actions
