welll, I do have some knowledge of english and from my understanding, it looks like a lot of requirements and not much about the rewards or reasons someone would want to work for this company. (besides for desperation... nothing personal but it does sound like a ball breaker and the only reward is "we will discuss salary"... what does that mean? you'll hire someone with less experience for less money or, if you find the right guy, you'll throw money and perks at him?

what happened to the last guy? why did he leave? can i have a number for him to discuss how your company operates? what demands were set that he was unable to meet and why was he unable to meet them? was it him personally or, were the demands unreasonable? who interviewed the last guy and why did they hire him? what did they overlook during the interview that caused him to get a job he was  unable to succeed ? (were you just desperate to fill a void or, did the guy really have a chance or, are you just cherry picking?

what possible motivation can you offer the right person to uproot their family and lives and move to montreal? this must be some kind of a job for that, right?

so, what are the benefits? what does the company do that could make this perfect guy consider your position?

I don't think its fair that you are expected to put all the information in the post.  You most likely don't know and are not allowed to comment anyway.  I think just the thought of offering the opportunity in here is a great one.  I appreciate you time and effort in doing so. Unfortunately, for me  I do not have a Chemical degree. I would appreciate it if you would continue to do that Sell.  I actually know someone who I can tell that job about.  So thanks and have a great day!

I should have probably started that post more like ..."if i had more than the one qualification (speaking english) these are the things i'd want to know about the company..."

Not that you should put all of that into the post but more, something to consider asking at the "interview"... honestly, if i were interviewing for this job, these would be the questions i'd be asking the interviewer..

Thx guys, it's really hard to move the client forward without a director, tangetile filtration is the hot trend in treatemnt of effluents, seperation of dairy, clarification of syrop and water management. North America is about to embark on an industrial curve. So I found it cool to enlist a few resources and resell them to my already established list of targets. So I am building a Portal to house them all. Basically booking four meetings per 10 first calls closing one within four weeks. Talking about milking a channel eh?

So now the focus is on Techsolution Environment - effluent treatment and water management cause its fast close.

Next is an inventor of a bioreactor that turms whey protien waste into Ethanol

And then another that uses waste saline solution on the roads as an option to rock salt

Never a dull moment in sales eh?

PSSST I will be looking for a person in south east USA & mid north USA sometime around May next year
