What Im doing that it is hard to get a sales prospect.It, s hard finding someone to purchase a house.

Do you have your home listed with an agent?


We had to sell a condo at the same time we purchased a new home in June 2006. No contingency. I recall that any adjustment in our price or listing, caused the condo to reset at the top of the realtor's listings online. 


Have you received any interest in the home? Do you have an estimate of what your home is worth? are there other homes for sale in your area? What about recent comparable sales?


 


How long on the market?

I had one listing ,but expired and the bank took off my hands beacause it did not sell,the only thing im trying right now is Home Modification.

I would recommend to work close with your bank agent on the modification. Document all the information they request and keep it organized. I have heard of situations where a bank has lost the documentation. If that happens, you will know right where things are at to keep the program moving forward.

Could you explain what's happening here.  What is a home modification in the States?  Is it a home renovation to better the home?  Is this person flipping the home?

Home modification is if you qualify for government program ,which if you are behind your payment or or you are paying your house monthly and paying curently you  could refinance your home mortgage.
