Let's find out, My  impression of Rodney Dangerfield.......... What am I bid?

Aww Geez I don't get no respect...................

With my wife I don’t get no respect. I made a toast on her birthday to ‘the best woman a man ever had.’ The waiter joined me.

I told my wife the truth. I told her I was seeing a psychiatrist. Then she told me the truth: that she was seeing a psychiatrist, two plumbers, and a bartender.

I had plenty of pimples as a kid. One day I fell asleep in the library. When I woke up, a blind man was reading my face.

Yeah, I know I’m ugly…I said to a bartender, ‘Make me a zombie.’ He said ‘God beat me to it.’

My wife was afraid of the dark…then she saw me naked and now she’s afraid of the light.

My wife and I were happy for twenty years. Then we met.

Is your question how to impress sales prospects?

To buy an impression from you? hmm First you must impress me with the impression.  You must tell me all about the benefits of how the goods/product/source makes you feel.  If the impression from you, the look on your face or the look of the deal on paper shows opportunity, then I am in.

Smile - That would be "you're" welcome.  You just made a bad impression on me with "your welcome".  P.S. I still think you're great.  I'll put this in a male chauvinist perspective.  For most guys, a really good looking woman will make a good "impression".  Then they ruin it by speaking.  (I guess that could apply to men as well).  I compare your question to using a parachute.  When things go wrong and you make a bad first "impression", and you probably won't get a second chance.  A real thought provoking question.

Watch it everyone as the Barcodeguy is on a mission to spell check our work.  Gods knows we might make a mistake in our spelling.  Anyway, in here I really do not (don't) give a flying fig about spelling.  When typing at 12:30 at night I am tired.  So sorry that it upset you that much that you had to make such a big deal out of it.  hmmmm I guess you are what you stated. You should have answered the question instead of wasting time checking spelling.  Yes, I love you too.

The next question would rather be.. "What's the most effective way on selling yourself to the public? "

and also, "Can you provide some ways of doing it??"

A good impression, make them feel important. The conversation should be about them and less about you. They are the key to your success.Build rapport and a relationship. Do not waste their time.

When pertaining to the "sales feeling".  The impression should be about how you look as well, as Rich says.  The old motto goes "if you look good you feel good", got it.  The impression will depend on the industry, obviously.  Your smile, your handshake, how you carry yourself are all things you need to put in the tool box for sucesss.

i am not getting your point what kind of impression you are talking about. if you are directly concerned with marketing of some products or services it is somewhat different that can be easily handeled through marketing stretegies but if it is different that you are asking about you should clarifi it.

Ok,  no bids on Rodney?

My impression of Henny Youngman:

A doctor gave a man six months to live. The man couldn't pay his bill, so he gave him another six months.

I told the doctor I broke my leg in two places. He told me to quit going to those places.

There was a girl knocking on my hotel room door all night! Finally, I let her out.

You have a ready wit. Tell me when it's ready.
