Ok. There is a man in my office who has repeatedly for the last year attempted to get me fired. He routinley talks to my employer about how useless I am and how anyone can do my job.

Since I was demotted He picked up one of my tasks and so far has not been able to do it properly even though his exact words were "a monkey can do it. "  Furtther more he refuses to learn anything about the products we sell. and he will regularly skips ups. because he is to busy doing personal business.

Additional he will snoop around while I am talking to my boss until he finds out what he thinks is going on and then will report my business to anyone who will listen. I am thinking of commiting murder. He better hope I never catch him off the lot because they will never find the body.

"What goes around, comes around".  In the end, your boss will see who is the better person for the job.  Just be patient and watch how it will bite him in the @@@.  It will blow over and you will finally have the last laugh on his behalf!  Besides that, he will look like a giant moron infront of everyone else and hopefully quit harassing you.

I would document factual information. If you can put into works with supporting documentation that the person is not fulfilling the job to the level that you did, I would then take to the boss and review with him. Most important is to do it objectively. You dont want to get into a fight over it. Facts...Facts....

I had to say this to my old boss one time when the heat was on...people talking crap about me to my boss....hate that.  I said what do you think of the people that talk shit to you....that shut him up....we mended hearts / short version.  I like the document the incidents idea.....that is a good one.  Rise above this...by you becoming upset...that jerk wins...don't let him win.  You are the winner!!

I am going to vent to I have a sales assocate at my office that walks around with the big talk of I got this and that going on but never closes a deal. I like to boost his ego and by the ole   you the man how are you doing it. Then a week or two later after not really knowing if he closed or not I say man I hate that fell through for you, you talked like you had it in the bag.

I never couth the eggs before the rooster shits them lol
