I truly believe in the  power of prayer. Therefore, I am initiating a place where folks can if they want to post a prayer request whether it be for an upcoming sales meeting, interview, out of work and looking, or personal reasons.  I just want a place where prayer requests can be posted and people willl know that they are being prayed for.

Please let us pray for all of our government officials.  We are going through impressively tough times that Ben Bernecke recently were potentially worse than the great depression.  Our governmental officials need prayers for insight, stamina and decernment. And for the senators and congresspersons safe travel prayers as they go into the August break and retrun to their home districts.

Ro.  I believe prayer is essentail.  Our Government officials bear a heavy burden and need all the prayers they can get.

I ask prayers for my former customer Elaine & her husband Jack who is experiencing some extensive health issues

I ask your prayers for my good friend Debra, the most upbeat, positive person who is going through a really down time

I would likev to ask for prayers for my father.,  He had a stroke last Monday and is currently in the Medical Intensive care unit at Weley Hospital.   They are trying to determine what caused the stroke.  I have been at the hospital all week so I have not been in the office to get on the computer.  Just ran by to pick up a paycfheck and thot I would jump on for a minutre.  Thanks    Harriet

Sorry , I have not been around but I have been at the Hospital with my dad and not had a computer available.

Thanks for asking.  He is better.  He can talk and his mind is pretty well clear, his memory and all are pretty much intact.  He can not swallow so he has a feeding tube in his stomch, and he can't walk yet but he is getting therapy and should improve greatly. 

How are you and how is your Mrs West??????

I/m glad Mrs West is doing so well and that you stay in touach with her.  That is wonderful support for her, probably more than you will ever know.

My dad is still in need of prayers.  HE picked up at least 2 infections in the hospital and they are trying to find an antibiotic that will killl the infections without destroying his red blood cells, kidney, etc.  It  seems an uphill battle at this point but I have faith things will work out.

Rich~~~~~  Thanks.  Yeah I'm doing ok.  Have family coming in to town this weekend so am busy with house work and getting things ready.  My cousin does estate sales and sells antiques for a living so she is coming in from Colo. To help wiith all that.

Smile~~~~~Thanks so much.  I'm sorry you had to go through this.  It is hard and painful not understanding why he had to go the way he did but I did get to bond alot with him  while he was in the hoppital and that was good.  I told him I loved him every night before I left the hopital so I feel good about that.  I had not said I love you to him in YEARS, DECADES  even.  I do have many good memories to hold onto and so do my kids!!!!!!!
