 Like us all, our Boss is sometimes in a great mood and somtimes in a real, real, bad mood. As a fellow leader in the company, how do I tell him that when in a bad mood, he's killing the troops morale?

agree, tell him just make sure he's in a great mood when you do so!  lol

While leaders should always try to maintain a positive attitude, obviously, they are human, too ...  In the past, I've used a visual (shark jaws)to alert people when my mood wasn't the best ... I found it actually helped make my mood better because people would see them, know that I wasn't in the best mood and generally make a joke about it before sharing whatever ...

Simple, invite him to have a drink after work.Get him Shitfaced and roll him,take the Rolex and diamond pinkie ring and sell it on the street. And the next day deny,deny,deny.
