I just did a post about this great site and how I am enjoying it. I have a blog called blackinbusiness.org. I have al ot of fun with it and have met some nice people around the world. I have found that issues can be color blind and even though this blog was meant as a inspiration for young blacks in business, I have found a multi cultural audience and have discussed topics beyond business to include sports and politics.
