Posted 5 months ago In any large or small organization there are group dynamics at work. When I first started in sales I did not want to be around people that were unsuccessful. that was because I was unsure myself and needed the postive energy given off by people doing well. My question for your consideration is this; WHAT DO YOU DO WHEN YOU ARE AROUND PEOPLE THAT BITCH, BITCH ,BITCH ALL THE TIME

| Posted 5 months ago Kill them with kindness and positive encouragement. when they have done something good or positive say something to them about it. Everyone like to be appreqcited or complimented. It's hard to BITCH when someone says something nice to or about you. Ask them if they are having a bad day or a bad week and offer to listen to them. maybe they can get it all out at once. sometimes just talking about things with some who LISTENS helps a great deal. | Posted 5 months ago lol, now that's honest. Sometimes when people who bitch bitich all the time is because there probably hasn't been anyone willing to listen. Just let them rant and when they bring up a negative, remind them of the positive things they have done in the past and remind them of new opportunities coming up in the future. ie. "Gee Mary, you have that new sales meeting presentation coming up. You do great at those things, your so organized and knowledgable. I am looking forward to the meeting." Even if they suck, you must try to say something to boost confidence and self-esteem. And when that meeting comes and goes, after, you tell them "that was a job well done". Now that's an at work senerio. lol if that were a friend/neighbour, sometimes you have to end relationships because they are not healthy. It's not like your work where you get paid. |
