Posted 5 months ago . If you have the ability to mange managers it can open the door for your executive career. For sales people it can provide positions outside of sales for career growth. As you consider your career options what positions do you see in your future, and what is the best way for you to get there? It is ok to not want to move up or change your job. Many people just let things flow, I think you need to plan your career just like you plan your day. Set you goals but decide how to get there. Any thoughts?

| Posted 5 months ago I work for a small, community minded, family owned TV stastion. There are really 5 of us who work here on a regular basis. We have had sales people come and go like a revolving door and that includes sales managers.. I am currently the only full time sales person. I enjoy working her. The people I work for are really nice.. I really want to help them become a major presence in this community. HarrietAlison

| Posted 5 months ago I am not real clear what you are asking JIm? Do you want to know long term goals? Do you want to know how we plan to manage others? Do you want to know if we think great sales technicians will be great managers? I am confused and need more information. The time is now to grow and learn as much as possible. Take action and responsibility for your actions
