Hi this is Devendra, very young to the community, I went through a no of topics of discussion and also found it very interesting. Thanks to you all for your suggestions and feedbacks.

I'm currently working with an IT company  which is into security producty specially in biometric system. 2 years back when I joined this comapny there were very few competitors to me and my company but things changed a lot over last two years and people have started knowing about these products here I'm talking about (end users) and Its Sad but True, my company has not upgraded the products and services yet.

Convenincing is not at all a problem but when it comes to commercials and that too when there are 2 to 3 people fighting for the SAME deal and with Same products (here I mean exactly same product/s not even 1% difference)  with a substancial diffeerence in commercials, convenincing turns into begging which I try to avoid. Can there be any other way to handle these kind of situations as the turnaround time increases in this case and sales cycle is delayed??????

All these cases are assuming that my company is not going to upgrade the products and the range.....

Hi Devendra,

Nowaday this is very curious problem in india,,,You know that india is one of the largest market of world...Many Multinational corporates are coming in india, so it's natural that competition is going to be tough.

here i would like to say that plz upgrade product and services if needed...Do you think that it needed?

When you deal B2B or B2C,your personal relations play important role in selling, while there are number of competitors and they are also selling same product under the  diffrent brand name...

I don't have enough knowledge of your industry but i have trust that if you have will to sale product then youcan easily sell it...

Just go with great confidence in mkt, with depth product knowledge, with attractive offers, and above all with one sweet smile,,'

wish you all the best.

Regards,

Krunal Thakar

The different between product is absolate need, If no difference in product , you need have it in price. which one you like? any company don't change slef time by time , only one way. I think you know which way is it.
