Smoth, I use to tell my single salesmen that speaking with a customer was in many ways like speaking to a beautiful lady that you wanted, first listen, listen and when you open your mouth make it memorable in a good way! |

Jimdwalton? That's absolutely true. I'm in a rather unique brand of sales right now, rent to own. The thing that makes it unique is that, in essence, you have to sell each and every customer on keeping the product each and every week, or month, or other period. I see my customers all the time, in some cases more than they see their own family. I know each one of them, about their kids, pets, house, birthdays, dreams, etc... They are truly a part of my family, each and every one of them and I welcome them all. Jay |
