I think that the most important one is not even on there. Close the DEAL! Too many sales people are great at the same thing; they talk people right into a sale and then talk them right out. I see it all the time! You have to ask for the deal. Get a Deposit, and Close the deal ! If you don't know how to ask for the deal and close them, then you are not going to make it in sales!

I would love flexible hours. The problem with flexiblehours I am always given the sales leads as the company knows I will follow through and close the sale no matter when I go to the client. Which means I have no free time or flexible hours.
