Salary & Commission Guide: Inside Sales Representative

My base salary was alot lower - but with commissions it evens out. 8 years at the same desk, 30k with 18k in commissions. I think it will be quite a bit lower here in my new location.

In our market, the amount is a little lower than what I average here. I'm not where near rich, but, $11,000 year....are they selling? Doubt it. Even $14,000 a year, if I were the boss, I would be asking questions on what the sales person or people were doing.
