Principle purpose to hire the sales Associate is to manage and develop the assigned market segments & areas of responsibility. And to ensure that company's revenues are exceeded and activities within the Sales & Marketing plans are achieved.

For the above we are looking for a Sales Associate / Sales Executive at our office Iselin, New Jersey office.

And the consultants should have relevant experience as per the requirement must

Job Description:

· Manage the assigned market segments with primary focus on the North American regions.

· Make Sales calls on a targeted number of accounts in assigned market areas and follow up promptly with appropriate action. Evaluate, solicit, sell and confirm business to meet individual goals and overall budgeted sales and profitability.

· Should be willing to travel to client locations and attend tradeshows, events and other outside activities to encourage knowledge of the company offerings and to increase revenues.

· Should be able to develop sales strategies & action plan for all key and target accounts to increase sales activity, volume and profit.

· Ability to develop a new business action plan, to ensure that organic objectives are met. Should be able to develop Client presentations, Proposals, RFP (request for proposal) submissions.

· Should be able to develop close working relationship with clients, partners and offshore team.

The ideal consultant should be properly organized, detail-oriented and enjoy working in a team environment. The individual must possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities and be able to demonstrate that he can perform the essential functions of the job:

Required

· GC/CITIZENS/H1s

· A minimum of 3 years of IT Sales Experience.

· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

· Knowledge of Insurance, Healthcare and Pharmacy industry

· Market and industry knowledge and awareness of current and future market trends

· MBA / Degree
