I think this is fairly accurate as the figures reflect what we are being paid here in NZ once converted. They don't show if extras such as vehicle, laptop, phone, superannuation, or health benefits and the like are avilable with these as well which makes a huge difference.

This is very good guide line, with which one can easily assess himself how he is getting paid for his experiences and how much he could get in future.
