I agree that these numbers are too low. Total compensation potential should be illustrated by a range indicator with percentiles, not a bar graph.

These numbers are not too low if you add the salary and commission which is how every sales rep should get paid.

That's not too great of a set of numbers. I thought salespeople were one of the highest earning career-types.
