The best way to be entertaining is to ask interesting questions and let the prospect or customer entertain themselves. NEVER tell a joke. There is too ..."

For anyone that's interested, Katherine Ritchert (Kit_Ritchert, the admin here at SalesHQ) published an interview with me:

My book, "HOW TO GET SOMEONE TO BUY SOMETHING: Fear and Loathing of Cold Calls & Closing" is free through download for SalesHQ Members.

The book primarily deals with the behavioral aspects of sales: dealing with people’s egos (both yours and others) and coping with fear and rejection.

They can buy the printed version from Amazon or my publisher, CreateSpace:

When I first became a member Larry freely sent me a copy of one of his books. I didn't read it until last week, and I would like to personally thank you Larry for such a nice, much needed gift. It is very well writen and packed with solid tips and advise. Many thanks, if you have not had the pleasure of reading Larry's books get in touch with Larry for a copy.

HI Larry, thanks for the invite. Saw you like Harry Chapin. I saw him many times in the 70s, he was one of my favorites. One of the few performers I have seen who could play in front of 10,000 people and every one of them felt like he was talking directly to them. A great talent. I will never forget the day I was at my brothers place in Mass and heard on the radio he had been killed in hs van on the LIE. A tragic loss. But we still have Jimmy, Parrot Heads rule!
